Simply rinse 1 heaped cup of rice twice in water to wash away excess starch. Then add 2 cups of cold water to the pot. Bring to the boil & put on a low simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat, rest a minute & fork the rice for a fluffy finish to serve with your favourite curry.
