Carols chicken stock is made from free range birds with seasonal root veg & herbs. Carols beef stocks are made from the highest quality 100% Irish grass fed beef bones from cattle which are raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics.
She smothers the bones in tomato paste, roasts them slowly until they caramelise and then covers with water and simmers for several hours along with organic vegetables and fresh herbs to produce a natural, healthy stock which is chock full of flavour. Great Taste Award Winner 2017 & 2020
